IMPORTANT SCULPTURE IN POLYCHROME TERRACOTTA OF SAN CAMILLO DE LELLIS WITH BENEDICENT BABY SITTING AND HEADS OF ANGELS. SIGNED AND DATED 1886. H 45 - L 23X18 PROF. (St. Camillus De Lellis was the founder of the Order of Regular Clerics Ministers of the Sick (Camillians). In 1746 he was proclaimed a saint by Pope Benedict XIV and, together with St. John of God, universal patron of the sick, nurses and hospitals He is also patron of military health and the Abruzzo region, together with San Gabriele dell'Addolorata.
