Magnificent alabaster bust of a young girl by the Italian sculptor Eugenio BATTIGLIA (signature on the base at the back).
Datable to the late 19th century.
This creation, entirely sculpted in stone, reflects the sculptor's ability to translate the sweetness and innocence of the dreaming child.
Very good condition with minor traces of use.
Measurements: 14x8 height 16 cm
