Beautiful white marble sculpture, characterized by few gray veins, mounted on a black marble base with small white veins. The sculpture depicts a smiling child, with the face slightly turned and half-bust, dressed in cloths wrapped around the body. The peculiarity lies in the representation of the face, which highlights the great mastery in rendering the details, including the curls of the hair, the eyes and the mouth that opens in a smile. It is a work of great beauty and sculptural refinement, capable of giving a touch of elegance and ancient air to any environment. Italian manufacture from the late 19th century, in neo-Renaissance style.
