Giuseppe Siccardi (Bergamo 1883 - 1956)
Dimensions: height 54 cm, base 30x30cm
Son-in-law of Loverini Ponziano, he was his pupil at the Carrara Academy in Bergamo and later studied at the Free School of the World in Rome.
He was a sculptor and draftsman. He exhibited at the first and second Trade Unions Exhibition in Milan, at the International Sacred Art in Milan in 1921 and at the Permanente in 1931.
He was inspired above all by the poetry of motherhood, with suggestive “sanguine” and white-blacks.
