Important painting by the artist Rudolf Alfred Höger, a Viennese painter (1877 - 1930). Beautifully lit painting with a hunter on the left. Very realistic view of the Gran Zebru, an important peak between South Tyrol and S. Caterina Valfurva. It really feels like being at high altitude. The work is signed and dated 1914 in the lower left.Oil on canvas, 80 x 127 cm, framed 113 x 161 cm. Perfect work, important coeval frame.
