Italian painting from the middle of the 20th century. Oil on canvas framework depicting a particular still life trompe l'oeil with game, fruit, pottery and sculpture of excellent pictorial quality. Painting of great measure and impact, for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of Italian painting. Painting for hall or living room, of fabulous decor and great quality. Painting that has on the back of the canvas the words Opera by Prof. Antonino Traverso executed in 1950, therefore referable to the famous Genoese painter (1900-1981), without any authentication. Frame in wood and plaster, carved and gilded, of beautiful decoration. Equipped with a fabric passe-partout with various stains (see photo) and signs of aging. Canvas in good state of conservation.
