Venice, animated scene on the Grand Canal Alessandro Milesi (Venice 1856-1945) Signed and dated 1897 Oil on canvas Beautiful coeval guilloché frame. Canvas cm. 98 x 46 frame 126 x 74 Excellent condition. Biogrrafia: Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice from 1869 to 1874 with Napoleone Nani, he followed him to Verona, returning to the lagoon city in 1876.
