Bergamo chest of drawers from the early 18th century
Important early 18th century Bergamo chest of drawers in walnut wood and in perfect patina. The front of the cabinet has three drawers, each of which is marked by three threaded reserves in fruit wood and veneered in walnut briar. Original bronze knobs of the time, as well as the internal locks of the drawers. The vents have been made horizontally without hardware so as not to disturb the aesthetics of the furniture. To frame the whole we find two beautiful pilasters carved into the solid wood with cherub heads and plant racemes. Underlining the quality of the piece of furniture we find shelf feet with briar reserve to recall the motif of the drawers and carved curl. Hips s
