Rare Lombard / Venetian chest of drawers in walnut with arched (or barrel) front, composed of four drawers framed by ebonized frames, decorated with reserves with inlaid ribbons in maple wood that envelop each other, these alternate with other reserves in pedulle walnut centered by burin bronze handles. The drawers are separated from each other by chains veneered in olive wood. Notched uprights, internal secret compartment, golden undertop festoon. Sides centered by panels decorated with similar motifs to those of the drawers. There are small restorations, handles and chiseled bronze vents are original. Attributable to a Lombard-Venetian production
