Typical object of the production of Sorrento, very wide was the production of these objects that since the mentà of 800 were made as souvenirs for tourists. Key features are the small dimensions of the objects, the openwork and especially the insertion of inlaid figures with dyed woods on an ebony background representing tarantella dancers, morra players and characters with baskets of oranges or lemons. This small mirror in particular has dancers, women with baskets and small bunches of flowers. It can be dated between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Dimensions open: 31 x 46 cm.
