Rare and precious
Rolo inlaid round table,
"The Knight"
in solid walnut and inlays of various woods,
dating back to the second half of the 19th century.
found in an excellent state of conservation
and expertly restored.
Mobile of substance,
with an important foot in solid walnut,
turned and inlaid.
Superb work done on the plan,
with geometric motifs, which outline the central motif,
where a classic graffiti appears,
of the most accurate Rolese Tarsia,
"The Knight",
here interpreted in a very original and particular way.
No restoration recommended.
Viewing and possible collection on site is welcome.
