Turkish carpet of old manufacture, woven in the city of Keissary, the ancient Caesarea of the Romans. The light background encloses a series of geometric medallions arranged in 3 rows to cover the whole field. The soft pastel green color, tinged with camel, makes it easy to set, especially on parquet or terracotta. It is a good carpet, not easy to find now. Measure cm. 285 x 203.
