Large Art Nouveau clock in marble and antimony -E. Bruchon - France 19th century
Large Art Nouveau table clock with base in black belgian marble and gilt bronze. Circular dial in glazed porcelain, with Arabic numerals and polychrome floral decorations. Upper antimony sculpture depicting "La Première Grappe", from "Emile Bruchon" (1806-1895) signed on the base. Working clock mechanism (winding key present), pendulum to be calibrated. Good conservation conditions, small lacks and natural age patina (as shown in photos). Solid object of considerable weight. France, late 19th century. Overall dimensions: cm 30 x 17 x 57 h.
