Antique religious painting from the 17th century (Austria / Germany, under study). Framework oil on panel depicting Salomè with the head of the Baptist of excellent pictorial quality. Painting of exceptional size, for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of ancient sacred art. Panel characterized by bright colors and an interesting perspective, missing a frame. Impressive framework, ideal to be placed in a living room or studio. Framework that has undergone a conservative restoration with the addition of wooden reinforcements in the back (see photo).
