Antique Italian painting from the 17th century. Framework oil on canvas, on the first canvas, depicting the Transit of St. Joseph with Jesus, Madonna, angels and cherubs of good pictorial quality. Antique frame, not coeval, finely carved and gilded of beautiful decoration. Work with a dark background characterized by a pleasant use of light, by the sweetness of the faces and the remarkable drapery of the clothes. Canvas with small holes and drops of color (see photo), signs of aging. Painting that has undergone a conservative restoration and color recovery in some points (see photo). In beautiful patina, overall in a fairly conservative state. To be restored. Sight size H 125.5 x W 99 cm.
