Great 18th century Italian landscape. Work oil on canvas depicting a spectacular sunset over a harbor view with figures and a Turkish sailing ship. Antique seascape of excellent pictorial quality and bright colors, note the quality of the architectural whim and naturalistic details. Painting of important dimensions and fine workmanship, for antique dealers and collectors of high-epoch landscapes. 20th century frame in carved and silvered wood of beautiful decoration, with some signs of aging (see photo). Relined painting during the second half of the 20th century, it has some small color drops (see photo) overall in good state of conservation. Sight size H 122 x W 139 cm.
