Cattaneo Achielle (Limbiate 1872 - Milan 1931) - Church interior Oil painting on tablet Measurements: 60x50 cm Signed lower right Bertini's pupil in Brera was then strongly influenced by naturalistic matrixed verismo in the schemes of Emilio's so-called Lombard Impressionism Throat. His first painting was purchased by the Municipality for the Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Milan. He participated in numerous national and foreign exhibitions with interior paintings of churches and views of Milan, especially of the Navigli, which he treated with preference. In 1950 a posthumous exhibition of this artist classified as a good impressionist from Lombardy was held at the Galleria Ronzini in Milan, sincere, fresh and effective.
