Painting of beautiful size and proportion adorned with a carved and gilded wooden and plaster frame with painted wooden passe-partout. Painting signed lower right (see photo) signature under study. Artwork of good brightness and pleasant perspective with boats in the background (see photo). It shows some small signs of the time, overall in a good state of conservation.
