Painted oil painting on canvas with contemporary frame depicting "Still life", signed and dated lower right "Ph. Salesi 1954". The painter is Philippe (Filippo) Salesi (http://www.pittoriliguri.info/pittori-liguri/salesi-filippo/), Mentone 1885 - Sanremo (Im) 1977. The scene depicts a table refined by a transparent jar containing a bunch of colorful wildflowers, a white ceramic fruit bowl with peaches and other peaches on the table ready to be cut with a knife in the foreground. In the background on the right there is a demilune piece of furniture. Excellent executive quality, note the detail of the folds of the white tablecloth. State of preservation
